Customer must book at least one hour Prior to their booking
Customer can track their booking to Home page tracking or they will an SMS or email for tracking of our staff
Customer must chat the admin if the payment was made thru online payment transaction to avoid cancellation because the provider is not available

No refund of payment once the service is done to customer
Refund of payment will be granted to customer if the customer made a payment thru online payment transaction like Credit card. A refund of payment 7-14 days after the trasanction
Cancellation must be made before the booking was confirmed
If the customer cancel a booking while the provider is on their way to their area. The customer must payed the transportation of our staff
Cancellation done by the customer during a service. The customer must payed the full service to the provider
If the provider cancel a booking during the service due to unprofessionalism of customer. The customer must payed the provider
